Why We Exist
The Mother Well & RNA Associates
The Mother Well exists to support, equip, and refresh mothers in every stage of motherhood. From the first flutter of new life to the ever-widening journey of letting go.

We believe that motherhood is not meant to be walked alone. At The Mother Well, we create space for women to be poured into; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. So they can return to their families renewed and grounded in wisdom.

Behind this work is RNA Associates, a Christian-led organization committed to the flourishing of mothers and families. While not every team member shares the same beliefs, those who follow Christ aim to reflect the love, truth, and grace found in scripture. We believe that by embodying the values breathed out by God, we can create gatherings that are rich with compassion, hospitality, and hope; for all mothers, regardless of background.

Our work is guided by a deep respect for the natural rhythms of motherhood, a desire to speak life into weary hearts, and a conviction that when mothers are supported, families—and generations—are transformed.

serving, visioning, and building a space for mothers to flourish.

Rebecca Krishnamurthy
I am first and foremost a wife and mother. That role shapes my mission, vision, and goals, and it informs the decisions I make in every other area of my life. While it is not the only thing I live for, I believe families are God’s primary way of transforming the world. Many families have been broken or hurting for generations, and the challenges of our time have only deepened that reality.
I have three children, ages 15, 12, and 11. One of them has faced severe medical challenges that required our family to make difficult choices and work harder than we ever anticipated. While Western medicine ultimately played an important role, many answers were not immediately available. I learned to become my child’s advocate and researcher. Today, he is in remission, and we are deeply grateful, even as we continue to navigate the long-term effects of growing up with serious medical issues.

As my children have grown, my questions have changed. Nutrition, natural medicine, and education still matter, but our primary challenges now involve guiding our children through career and college decisions, navigating online life and AI, managing internet access, and supporting healthy relationships.

The Mother Well was created as a space to support other moms through these evolving seasons. My hope is to foster a thoughtful, honest community where mothers can learn from one another, share practical insights, and leave with tools they can use in their day-to-day lives at home.

I am a Christian wife, mother of three, home birth mom, and homeschooling parent who is deeply committed to natural, whole-person approaches to motherhood and family life. As the owner of Mother Lovin’ Doula Services, I have spent over a decade supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the early seasons of parenting, encouraging informed choice, trust in the body, and thoughtful discernment around medical intervention.
While I believe modern medicine has an important place, I am passionate about addressing root causes rather than simply managing/masking symptoms, and about restoring confidence in the body’s God-designed ability to heal and thrive.
Alongside my work as a doula, I serve as an Event Manager with RNA Associates, where I bring vision and organization together to create meaningful gatherings. I volunteer at my church and with Lifewise Academy.
My inspiration for The Mother Well Conference is to bring women together across every stage of motherhood—creating space to share wisdom, learn from one another, and support each other with honesty, nourishment, and community.

I’m a homeschool, homebirthing, homemaking mom of two in Wheaton, IL, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to spend my days staying connected with our local community and church.
I’m organizing this conference because I want mothers to have easy access to natural-minded information about natural health and be lifted up by the faith-filled community that supports that information.
During the lockdowns, my daughter’s struggles with American formula sent me down an Instagram rabbit trail that introduced me to natural-health resources. I learned so much from former western-medicine nurses who had transitioned toward a more natural approach, and their guidance helped me rethink how I care for myself and my family.
I’m not opposed to western medicine or its tools for treating symptoms, but I also believe that every issue has a root cause—and that God has given us many natural resources to support our bodies in healing.
